An experienced owner, operator and manager in the pub, restaurant and hotel sector for over 30 years.
After a degree in Hospitality Management specialising in finance and management accounting Alex joined Hilton Hotels. Leaving in 1997 as General Manager he started his own business which he grew to 5 pub restaurant sites turning over annually + £3 million.
From 2012 he was a Director with Country Inns Management operating 25 pub sites across the Midlands and Southern England. He has wide experience of buying, administering, developing and selling pub restaurant/ small hotel businesses.
Today Alex provides bookkeeping, payroll administration and management consultancy services to the independent hospitality sector. He is able to combine accounting and process knowledge with his business and operating experience to offer an all round financial control service to your business.
Alex is based in West Sussex, he also has operating contracts for two privately owned pub restaurant businesses in Shropshire
